I examine every new patient myself, and I explain what I find before we start any treatment.
Dr. Mobarak combines chiropractic techniques with shockwave therapy, spinal decompression and dry needling, and chooses what fits each person. Blue Zone is named after the places where people stay active as they age, and that is the goal of her care.
